Incident Creation Process

  1. Go to https://support.onepay.com/portal/en/home

2. If the user is New- Click on Submit Ticket to Submit the Incident.

3.Fill all the required details and click on Submit.

4. By clicking on Submit Button, the user would receive an Acknowledgement Email as well as an Email Invite.

5. User can check the Status of the Submitted Ticket and could manage the Profile.
