Location Management

Configuration

From the left hand navigation panel, you can navigate to Configuration as highlighted.

Manage Division

Under Configuration>Manage Division, you can add and manage all your divisions.

When a user clicks on Manage Division, a division list is displayed with options to add, edit, search and reset.

Add Division

When you click on the highlighted Add Division button, a window pops-up as shown in the next image.

You can enter the mandatory details (Division Name) and hit Save.

You can also cancel adding a division using the Close button.

You can also set the status of the division as Active or Inactive using the highlighted radio buttons.

Edit Division

Click on the highlighted icon to edit a division from the list.

It pops-up a window similar to Add Division. You can edit the details, change the status and hit Update. You can Close the window if you don’t want to edit.

Search and Reset work in a way similar to other sections.

Manage Zone

Under Configuration>Manage Zone, you can add and manage all your zones.

When a user clicks on Manage Zone, a zone list is displayed with options to add, edit, search and reset.

Add Zone

When you click on the highlighted Add Zone button, a window pops-up as shown in the next image.

You can enter the mandatory details (Zone Name and choose division from list) and hit Save.

You can also cancel adding a zone using the Close button.

You can also set the status of the zone as Active or Inactive using the highlighted radio buttons.

Edit Zone

Click on the highlighted icon to edit a zone from the list.

It pops-up a window similar to Add Zone. You can edit the details, change the status and hit Update. You can Close the window if you don’t want to edit.

Manage Depot

Under Configuration>Manage Depot, you can add and manage all your zones.

When a user clicks on Manage Depot, a zone list is displayed with options to add, edit, search and reset.

Add Depot

When you click on the highlighted Add Depot button, a window pops-up as shown in the next image.

You can enter the mandatory details (Depot Code, Depot Name, and choose division and zone from list) and hit Save.

You can also cancel adding a depot using the Close button.

You can also set the status of the depot as Active or Inactive using the highlighted radio buttons.

Edit Depot

Click on the highlighted icon to edit a depot from the list.

It pops-up a window similar to Add Depot. You can edit the details, change the status and hit Update. You can Close the window if you don’t want to edit.

Search and Reset work in a way similar to other sections.

Export

By clicking on the Export button, you can download the depot list as a .csv file for further data analysis.

Asset Types

Under Configuration>Asset Types, you can add and manage all your asset types.

When a user clicks on Asset types, a list is displayed. Here you have an option to Add More Asset types and change status of existing asset types.

After you are done adding asset types, click on Save and those asset types will be available in the form of drop down when you add an asset.
