ACTIVATE ACCOUNT-Please click on the activation link sent via email.
SET PASSWORD– Kindly follow the instructions provided to set a password.
Note:
If the new password is not as per the requirement- “Password does not match requirements” error will be shown.
If new password does not match with the confirm password- “Passwords do not match” error will be shown.
PASSWORD INSTRUCTIONS
User must follow the below mentioned instructions while creating a password:-
Password must not contain Username.
Password must be minimum 8 characters.
Password must not exceed maximum 20 characters.
Password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
Password must contain at least one lowercase letter.
Password must contain at least one number.
Password must contain at least one special characters(#,$,@,!,%,&,*,?)
Password validation ins case sensitive.
Note:- Last 5 passwords cannot be used.
If a wrong Password is entered 5 times, The account gets locked.

If a user forgets the password, the forgot password link sent a password reset link to the registered email id. This link can be used to reset the password.
After login, user will be navigated to the dashboard screen.

If the username or password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed on the screen as shown below:

To login to VT, enter the URL in the browser:- Terminal
Click on forgot your password.

To reset a forgotten password or to unlock the account , the user needs to enter the Username assigned and provide the email address. After entering the email address, select the captcha and click on confirm.

Click on the Reset Password link sent to the email address provided
Link navigates to Reset Password Page.
Enter a New Password
Repeat the Password to confirm
Click on Submit
Password has now been changed. An email stating the same has been sent to the email address.
Users can now log in again using the new Password from Terminal
